We provide ongoing support and engagement across our workforce, and empower each individual to work to the best of their abilities, and make a valuable contribution to the continuous improvement of our business.

We ensure the safety and welfare of all our frontline staff through regular visits and appraisals, and we have robust procedures and systems in place to effectively manage our lone workers. We provide comprehensive induction training and ensure the competency and knowledge of our staff via ongoing training and assessments, as well as career development opportunities.

We also recognise a job well done, and our proud of the outstanding achievements our staff have made in the course of their daily duties. Through of own Chroda People Awards, we recognise and reward our people for their commitments and achievements in their role.
